Educating children on road safety

Renault has decided to offer primary school teachers the tools they need to teach safe driving habits. The teaching kit, “Kids on the Road” is offered free-of-charge and enables teachers to create customized road safety lesson plans. The kit contains educational materials for teachers and exercise books and games for each student.

  > A drawing competition on road safety
More fun, but also educational, is the big drawing competition organized by Renault each year. An opportunity for primary school to express their views on road safety. In each participating country, classes make drawings on the subject of accident prevention that are submitted to jury selection at the conclusion of a national final. The competition concludes with an International Get-Together, a happy and friendly event during which the winning classes from each country are invited to a rendezvous in Paris to communicate and share their vision of road safety.
